It is the desire of Trinity United Presbyterian Church to be a church that develops a reputation for training and sending out ministers of the Gospel that fully live out the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. It is the goal of the Student Ministries Intern Program to be a catalyst to this vision by providing the necessary training and experience to explore the possibility of a living a life that accomplishes this in a vocational manner. We understand our responsibility & obligation to train, equip, nurture and help disciple the future pastors and leaders of God’s church throughout the world, and will use the intern program as one means of acting on that need.

San Francisco Invasion |

San Francisco - - April 6-8, 2010
$100 by March 21 ($130 after)
Trip Details:
- We will be staying at Walnut Creek Presbyterian Church (925-935-1574) for both nights.
- Our group will be doing a 5-hour long scavenger hunt in small groups around the city
during the day light hours, using cable cars, muni buses, and foot as the means of
transportation. We will be covering ground between Embarcadero, Union Square, and
the Ferry Building. If your student is physically unable to participate in this activity, please

Minister to Youth, before registering your

- We will be attending an Oakland A’s game at Oakland Coliseum.
- We will be driving approximately 250 miles in all, road tripping from Modesto to the Bay
Area and then driving around daily for our various activities before returning home again.
- Approximate departure time on Tuesday, April 6 is 10:00 AM.
- We will be returning at approximately 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 8 to the church.

REALM |

The Student Ministries program, known as REALM, is thriving group of 7th through 12th graders at TUPC. Whether they are meeting together on BIG Wednesday or out on an adventure, the students at TUPC know how to have a great time.
Weekly Events include:
Big Wednesday
Wednesday evenings, from 6:00 to 7:45 PM, all students are welcome to join us in the Youth Center, across the breezeway from the Telle Center. We hang out a bit, play some games, share some time in Bible Study, and do a little music. It’s a low-key inviting time to bring a friend and share some laughs. Dinner included! For Free!
Sunday School
On Sunday mornings at 9:50 (between services), we have groups available for Junior High and High School students. Come to the Youth Center for more details! |
